How quickly will I see results?
Many owners notice changes within the first 5–7 days. For best results, give your pet the drops daily for the full 30-day cleanse.
What makes the TruliPaws Parasite Drop Cleanser different from other parasite cleanses?

Will I receive a free item with my order?
Selected first orders may include a complimentary product. Free items are not included with every product or order and do not apply to future deliveries.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by the end of the day will be shipped the following business day. Weekend orders will be shipped on Monday.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order over $45. Below that it is a flat $9.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the US. More countries may be added in the future.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also track your order anytime via our Track Your Order page using your order number.
What exactly does the 90-day guarantee cover?
If you don’t see a difference in your dog within 90 days, simply contact us for a full refund — even if the pouch is empty.
How do I start a return?
Email support@trulipaws.com with your order number. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours with the next steps — no forms or phone calls needed.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of approval, and usually land within 5 days.
What if my order arrives damaged or never shows up?
Send us a photo and we’ll ship a free replacement the same day.
Is TruliPaws safe for puppies and senior dogs?
Yes, TruliPaws is safe for puppies from 12 weeks old and senior dogs. Dose by weight and check with your vet first for puppies under 12 weeks or dogs with a chronic condition.
Are there any side effects?
Side effects are rare. Some dogs may experience temporary loose stools during the first few days. If this happens, simply reduce the dose for a few days and gradually increase it again.
Can I give TruliPaws alongside medication?
Usually, yes. However, if your dog is taking any medication, we recommend checking with your veterinarian before use.
